Generation Insider (GenIn) Terms of Service

Welcome to Generation Insider ("GenIn"), a service provided by TLEEM Corporation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. By accessing or using our website (the "Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service"). Please review them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Service, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any other applicable laws. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.

GenIn reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms of Service on our website. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of GenIn and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of GenIn.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms of Service. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GenIn, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Service;
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service;
  • Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Service by any third party;
  • Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service; and/or
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

If you are under 18 years old, your parent or guardian must agree to these Terms of Service on your behalf. By allowing a minor to use the Service, the parent or guardian consents to these Terms and agrees to be responsible for the minor’s use of the Service.
